Filters in CCRQInvoice
Filters in the “grid” display in CCRQInvoice can be used to make selections of orders quite easy. A question from a customer about a possible feature made me realize that some people don’t know how this can be used. Here is a quick example.
We are entering sales orders in QuickBooks but only some are ready to process. Loading all of today’s orders and then picking the ones you want to process can be a chore if you have a lot of orders going through your system. You can simplify this by using a filter on the IsToBePrinted column. In the screen below we have loaded today’s orders – two are marked as being ready to print, one is not.

Right-click on the IsToBePrinted heading in the grid to get the popup menu, then select Filter Editor. This will open a window that lets you create the filter on the column you have selected.

Click on the field after “Equals” and a check box will appear. Put a check in that check box, click Apply, then click OK.

Now you have a screen that filters for checked orders, and if you click the Process All button only those orders that are displayed will be processed.
