CCRQBOM Maintenance Release (3.2.2)
We have just released an update to CCRQBOM. If you are using version 3.2.1 then please download the latest version, 3.2.2, from our web site (go to http://www.ccrsoftware.com/CCRQBOM/CCRQBOM.htm and click on the “download free trial link).
This release modifies the “Use SubAssembly Balances” feature. In some cases the program was not using all of the subassembly items that were on hand.

I am working on the trial version, and have custom fields in qb inventory – such as inventory item location. Is there a way to import that field and have it print on the boms and build assemblies?
Rhonda: Yes, you can add custom fields to a BOM report in CCRQBOM. However, when you say that you want to add them to “build assemblies” I’m not sure what you mean.
If you watch the “CCRQInvoice Custom Fields” video (in the right column of this page), the process used there is very similar.
To edit the BOM form you would select “Forms” then “Bill of Materials”. In the report designer you are looking for the fields named “ItemOption001″ and so forth, in the MasterData section (for the assembly) and MasterDataAssyData section (for the component).
