Patrick – if you want things to print front and back on a page, that is usually controlled by your printer settings. Our product should work just like any proper Windows program would. I don’t have a duplexing printer here that I can test that with, but I don’t see a problem.

Best I can say is to download the demo, try it, let us know what you find…

Using your product, can I send Page 1, 2, 3 to a printer, and have the printer print front/back properly?

T Elway: This template doesn’t work in QuickBooks itself – you can’t modify things there to work this way. What you need to do is to use CCRQInvoice to do the printing.

If you look down a ways in the right column of this blog you will see a section titled “tutorial videos”. Watch the one titled “print forms with CCRQInvoice”.

You have created a template with CCRQInvoice, you want to select your form in the “form” dropdown box in the “printing” tab.

Hello, I’m using your trial version of CCRQinvoice and trying the options above. I can import the contract files, modify them in the designer, save as a copy and I get stuck there. How do I get them to appear and use in QB 09?
