What you need to do is to use CCRQInvoice to do the printing. If you look down a ways in the right column of this blog you will see a section titled "tutorial videos". Watch the one titled "print forms with CCRQInvoice". You have created a template with CCRQInvoice, you want to select your form in the "form" dropdown box in the "printing" tab.
